Accounts receivable (AR) management is a major component of the services offered by Stanford Medical Associates, Inc. Denials are not uncommon in the world of medical billing and collecting. Patients and payers may not remit payment for a number of reasons. Stanford Medical Billing Services, Inc. has a number of tools in place for AR management. Through new software that helps us recognize trends in denials, we are able to manage AR in an efficient and timely manner. We can produce detailed denial reports for our clients and we aggressively pursue outstanding accounts to determine what charges can be appealed.
